4. Are there limits on the number of prospects that can be contacted?
   There are no limits to the size of contact lists that can be maintained. The $1,000 yearly subscription includes delivery of up to 1,000 emails per month. Additional emailing capabilities can be purchased. Sending additional emails starts at $6.00/1,000 and goes down with volume purchases. 5. How long does it take to get started?
   Once a partner has registered, the implementation process is very straightforward. Most campaigns simply require making some style selections and providing an initial contact list. Some campaigns are enhanced by dynamically adjusting your website content. This requires adding a line of code into your website. This typically takes a website owner only a few minutes. The Zift 123 platform has detailed instructions and examples to walk partners through this process.
6. Is it possible to run campaigns that are created by the partner?
   Yes. While the easiest way to take advantage of Zift 123 is to run the campaigns that HP has provided, Zift 123 also provides a complete facility for running campaigns that partners create themselves.
7. What aspects of a campaign can be customized by the partner?
   Through the Zift 123 platform a partner can insure that their branding is maintained. This includes:

   • Setting the color scheme and logos to be added to all communications
   • Choosing products to be promoted
   • Limiting any content that doesn't speak to the partners audience. For example, case studies can be filtered so that only those in line with the partners delivery capabilities are promoted
   • Adjusting the looks of any website enhancements to match the existing website styles
   • Selecting languages for the syndicated content:
     English, French, German
8. When the partner's website is extended, is the partner linking to content on another site?
   No, the HP content is embedded into a page on the partner's website. This ensures that visitors to the site interested in HP solutions can request more details, download additional information and learn more about the partner - all without leaving their site.
